Very pethatic services, food served is cold, breakfast time there is always shartge of item and are not refilled, for housekeeping we everyday had to remind about face towels and toiletries refilling etc We checked in on 10th April and checked out on 15th

Mostly okay, but despite paying 9000 per night, they don't give you the AC remote. I had to call housekeeping twice and they gaslit me by saying that it's not the policy to give guests the remote to their AC. Stay at another hotel in police bazar.

It's Average with respect to tariff they changed.. Room size is good..location is good but room wall is dampen.. Bill counter is horrible.. wait for more than 30 minutes to get the bill.. lay dry bill is missing..etc etc..front desk exp is bad.. If you have better choice go for it..

Location in main. Close to Police Bazar. Close to Wards lake walking distance. Hotel good ambience. Tasty food. Good spread of breakfast and dinner we had. Lunch outside as we travel during day. Housekeeping active and courteous. All staffs friendly.

We had a comfortable stay. The hotel room was spacious and had all the amenities. The staff were courteous and room service was prompt. The best part is its location. It's right on the pb market area and getting a cab is super easy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

My recent stay at m crown hotel's deluxe room, priced at 6000 plus, left me with mixed feelings. While the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, i couldn't help but notice a few areas that fell short of expectations. One notable aspect was the complimentary toiletries provided. While the hotel did offer shampoo, moisturizers, soap, and shower gel, i was surprised that other essentials such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were not included. In comparison to other hotels in a similar price range, this felt like a noticeable omission. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning in the room was a downside, particularly during warmer weather. Given the premium price for a deluxe room, i would have expected climate control amenities to be standard. Despite these drawbacks, i appreciated the overall cleanliness of the room and the attentive service from the staff. However, the lack of certain amenities and the absence of air conditioning did detract from the overall experience. In conclusion, while my stay at m crown hotel had its positives, the limited complimentary toiletries and the absence of air conditioning in the deluxe room left room for improvement. I would recommend the hotel with the caveat that guests may need to adjust their expectations accordingly.
